柏立基堂學生宿舍的職員致力提供優質的宿舍管理服務，確保提供一個清潔、安全和舒適的居住環境。宿舍經理及文員負責管理宿舍的設施、日常運作以及一切學生住宿事宜，亦協助推動舍堂生活教育。宿舍事務員負責宿舍之清潔及保養。

Robert Black Hall management team is endeavor in providing a safe, hygienic and comfortable living environment to the residents. The Hall manager and hall clerks are responsible in facilities management, daily office operation, student accommodation affairs and assisting the tutorial team in promoting hall life education. The Hall attendants are responsible in cleaning and maintenance of the hall facilities.
