柏立基堂提供雙人/三人房間供同學入住，每個房間內都提供了睡床、書桌、書架、衣櫃等基本設施。宿舍在每層提供了茶水間、公用洗手間及浴室，日常起居設施一應俱全。另外，同學亦可使用宿舍內的活動室進行各式活動。

Robert Black Hall provides various facilities for resident to develop their personal strength and hobbies. We also provided a relaxing, warm and comfortable communal area for the residents. In our hall, you can share your daily life with your roommate in bedroom, enjoy your meals in common pantries, and join the fantastic hall activities in our activities room. The Robert Black Hall provides double/budget bedroom for student accommodation, with standard provision included 2 or 3 set of beds, desks, wardrobes, chair, book shelves. Each student floor has pantry, public toilet and bathroom. Resident can also use other function rooms by advanced booking or walk-in.
